My Peace - Mercy Redd

On July 10th, 2022, a group of NCAT students surprised their friend Mercy Redd with a private, Make-A-Song workshop for her birthday. As a warmup, the group gathered with digital instruments to break the ice and created a song. The remainder of the time was dedicated to Mercy penning her own song. Valisa guided her through songwriting, vocal coaching, and music production. At the end, “My Peace” was produced to capture Mercy’s encounter with God and a new life of faith.
